Taylor wires suck! I used them on my Fleetwood when I did a LT to LS coil conversion and they did not work worth a crap. I kept getting misfires.

Take it to a good shop and have them put the car on a scope to really see how it is firing. Also try starting the car in the dark with no light under the hood to see if you can see those crappy Taylor wires arcing.

I don't know how far you are away from the Apopka area but I can recommend a really good shop that is honest and will not rip you off.
