As most of you know, the biggest, best and most known F body show of the year occurs in May each year, this year to be the 12th event. Without going into details that don't matter, we're running into some scenarios that threaten this years event. Rest assurred, it's gonna happen, and bigger than ever. I've been in contact with the gathering staff and planners and we're working together to get everything secured so this incredible event can continue. What I'm going to need from ALL of you is a committment to attend, and prepayment in the next few weeks. Also, I'll need help to spread the word that the event is going to happen again, and others need to get on the bandwagon and support the event that has supported us for over a decade. Stay tuned, this weekend will be the kickoff of the campaign.

I just got off the phone with Travis, he's going to call me back in a few minutes. Scott Settlemier was beeping in.
Andy has not really been involved very much this time, some kind of family problem.
So, Travis and a few others are trying to put this one together. One problem that has come up is that the Corvette Club wants the Marriot for the same weekend.
I was told that one way or another this WILL take place this year. Travis said that he will post the info or send it to me, about pre-paying so the event can be done.
This event will be called either G12 or GM Gathering #1, depending on Andy's blessing or not.

I will try to keep everyone informed.
